Jill Mills

Nace el 2 de marzo de 1972 en Estados Unidos.

Compitió en culturismo desde 1993 hasta 1995 y a partir de 1996 se dedico al levantamiento de pesas obteniendo muchos records nacionales y estatales.

Fue una de las primeras mujeres en competir en un concurso de strongwoman a partir de 1997, año en que fue nombrada por la North American Strongman Society, Mujer Atleta del Año. Su logro más notable fue en el 2000 y 2001 ganando dos veces la competencia World's Strongest Woman.

Esta casada con Milo Mills y tienen una hija. Vive en Texas y es una masajista terapeuta registrada y entrenadora personal. Es enfermera con licencia pero no ejerce.
