Heather Foster

Nació el 20 de diciembre de 1966 en  Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies y tiene dos hermanos y una hermana. Sus padres se mudaron a otra ciudad de dicho país, a Queen cuando tenía dos años y medio de edad.

Siempre fue una niña muy activa, sus comienzos en el deporte fue jugando al basket y participando en carreras.

En el 2000 obtuvo su tardeja profesional al ganar los nacionales en Nueva York.

Sus culturistas favoritos son Ronnie Coleman, Lee Haney, Flex Wheeler y Vince Taylor en lo masculino y  Lenda Murray, Bev Francis, Linda Wood Hoyt e Iris Kyle en lo femenino.
