Sylvia Cowan

Nació en Brooklyn, Nueva York, Estados Unidos y se crió en Winston Salem, Carolina del Norte.

Se graduó en la universidad de Pace, Nueva York donde obtuvo una licenciatura en comunicación oral.

Es la directora de marketing de una companía de salud, es decir, se encarga de capacitar al personal de ventas, también puso un gimnasio llamdao Silvya's Body Fitness & Exercise.

De chica era terriblemente delgada, en su adolescencia se hizo más atlética y fuerte y eventualmente más musculosa.

Siendo culturista aproximadamente por 15 años comenzó este deporte inspirada por un ex novio.

Intructora de aerobic y aficionada a las artes marciales, llegó a tener cinturón negro en Jiu-Jitsu.
