Bellísima culturista nacida en Viking, Alberta, Canadá

Antes de introducirse al culturismo practico voley, atletismo y baseball.

Se involucró en el culturismo cuando conoció a su novio y entrenador Brain y a la culturista Dana Logue.

Al principio no pensaba en competir ni le daba importancia a la dieta, le gustaba comer de todo hasta que con el tiempo tomó la desicion de darle importancia a la dieta y se enamoró de este deporte.

Su primera competición fue en el 2001 en Muscle Beach.
