Lisa Aranda

Nació el 11 de abril de 1964 en Lancaster, Condado de Fairfield, Ohio, Estados Unidos. Es la quinta de seis hermanos.

Durante la escuela secundaria jugó al basket y corrió en pista. Su esposo Jim la metió en el culturismo en 1998 poco antes de que se casaran en 1999.
