Ellen Woodley

Nació el 9 de septiembre de 1958 en Baltimore, Maryland, Estados Unidos.

De profesión es entrenadora de gimnasia en prescolar y en escuelas primarias. Estube en la marina diez años como controladora de tránsito aereo y como coordinadora de aptitud física de su división.

Antes de dedicarse a entrenar con pesas fue nadadora en la escuela secundaria, gimnasta y patinodara.
