Tischa N. Thomas

Nació el 28 de noviembre de 1970 en Nueva York, Estados Unidos. Tiene tres hijos Jasmine, Asha, y Keith de 25, 22 y 21 años y tres nietos Phoenix, Luciano y Pharaoh. Desde los 19 años hasta los treinta y pico sufrió problemas de obesidad llegando a pesar 125,191 kg.
Su problema de peso que estaba poniendo en riesgo su vida hizo que se propusiera bajar de peso hasta llegar a los 68 kg, lo cual le demoró un año y medio.
Su entrenador de aquel entonces, Keith Warner, la convenció de que se presentara a un torneo de culturismo natural en el año 2009.
