Nacida en Jamaica.

Ha estado al mando de la Asociación de Fisicoculturismo y Fitness Amateur de Jamaica (JABBFA) durante más de cinco años. Dueña de un gimnasio llamado Fit Farm Fitness Club en Jamaica.

Durante un tiempo, fue la única jamaiquina que competía a nivel internacional.

En 1991 nació su primer hija y se tomó un descanso del culturismo por varios años.

Uno de los mayores desafíos que ha enfrentado como presidenta de JABBFA es conseguir financiación sostenible para la organización, ya que todavía hay entidades que no consideran el culturismo como otras disciplinas deportivas más populares. Incluso le han dicho que "no es un deporte, sino un pasatiempo".
